A creamy corn dip that is quick and easy. The cilantro and lime add that little bit extra to make this dip extraordinary.
Ingredients
16oz. Sour Cream
1 Packet of Hidden Valley Fiesta Ranch Powder
1 Can of Corn (drained)
1 Can of Rotel (drained)
8oz. Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese (I prefer the thick cut vs. the finely shredded)
1-2 Large bags of Fritos Corn Chips for dipping

Preparation
Mix together the sour cream and ranch powder thoroughly. Next fold in the cheese, corn and Rotel (doesn’t have to be in any particular order). Chill in refrigerator for at least 2 hours (if you can wait that long). Serve with corn chips or your chips of choice!
