You Got This!
The perfect amount of minty flavor paired with a chocolate graham cracker crust and chocolate topping.
Ingredients
1 ¼ C margarine
1/2 C cocoa powder (unsweetened)
2½ C sifted powdered sugar 1 egg, beaten
1/2 to 3/4 tsp mint extract
green food coloring
1 tsp vanilla
2 C graham cracker crumbs
1 ½ C chocolate chips

Preparation
Bottom layer:
Combine 1/2 C of the margarine and cocoa in saucepan. Heat and stir until well blended. Remove from heat; add 1/2 C of the powdered sugar, mix well. Press into the bottom of an ungreased 9 x l3 x 2 inch baking pan. Add Grahm crumbs.
Middle Layer: MElt another 1/2 C of the margarine. In small mixer bowl combine melted margarine and 1 Tbs water, mint extract, and food coloring. At low speed beat in remaining 2 C powdered sugar until smooth. (add additional mint extract to taste).
Spread over bottom layer, chill for 1 hour
Top Layer:
In small saucepan combine the remaining 1/4 butter
and chocolate pieces. Cook & stir over low heat until melted. Spread over mint layer. Chill 1 to two hours.
Best to pull out of fridge after 1/2 hr and make cut across top chocolate layer
